Firebase Console for Google Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026. This document is for general information and is not a substitute for legal advice. Have your attorney review it for your situation.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Firebase Console for Google, the iOS app for working with your Firebase projects, offered by m23n. By accessing or using Firebase Console for Google, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Independent app: Firebase Console for Google is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Firebase, Google Analytics and Google Cloud are trademarks of Google LLC. The app is a client for Google’s Firebase, Google Cloud and Google Analytics APIs and is not a substitute for the Firebase console website or Google’s own notices.
1. The service
Firebase Console for Google lets you sign in with your Google account and view your Firebase projects and apps, Google Analytics reports and realtime users, Firebase Authentication users, Cloud Firestore data, Remote Config templates and versions, Hosting sites and releases, and Cloud Functions with their logs; manage users, edit Firestore documents, publish and roll back Remote Config, roll back Hosting releases and send Cloud Messaging test messages; see on-device insights; and receive local alerts and use widgets. All data is retrieved from and written to Google on your behalf; availability, accuracy and timeliness depend on Google’s services, your projects’ configuration, the APIs enabled for them and API limits. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.
2. Your accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for having the authority to view and manage the projects in it. Actions you take in the app, such as disabling or deleting users, editing or deleting Firestore documents, publishing or rolling back Remote Config, rolling back Hosting releases or sending messages, change your live projects and can affect your app’s users; review each change before confirming it. If your projects contain personal data of your own users, you are responsible for handling it lawfully. Keep your device secure; anyone with access to your unlocked device can use the connected account in the app. Handling of your data is described in our Firebase Console for Google Privacy Policy.
3. Demo mode
The app offers a demo mode with sample projects so you can explore its features without connecting a Google account. Demo data is illustrative only and does not reflect any real project or person.
4. AI insights & alerts
The app may generate insights and summaries from your data using on-device language models, and may send local alerts based on checks run in the background. Insights and alerts are informational only: they may be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete, background checks depend on iOS scheduling, and you are solely responsible for monitoring your projects and for any decisions you make.
5. Google terms
Your use of Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics and content retrieved through their APIs is also subject to Google’s terms (including the Firebase and Google Cloud terms) and the Google APIs Terms of Service. API usage made through the app on your behalf may count against your projects’ quotas. You accept that Google may restrict API access or change its services independently of anything we do.
6. Subscriptions
Firebase Console for Google is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s rules and license terms apply. Some features require Firebase Console for Google Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly (US$6.99) or yearly (US$49.99), or the local equivalent shown in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices, plans, promotional offers and included features may change over time; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple’s policies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Firebase Console for Google only in compliance with applicable law and Google’s policies. You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or attempt unauthorised access to the app or Google’s services, use the app to access projects you are not authorised to access, or use Cloud Messaging test messages to send spam or unsolicited content.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics and Google sign-in), Apple (App Store, background refresh, notifications, on-device AI), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Mixpanel (analytics). Those services are subject to their providers’ own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
FIREBASE CONSOLE FOR GOOGLE AND RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL ANALYTICS, USER, DATABASE, CONFIGURATION, HOSTING AND FUNCTION DATA, ALERTS AND ANY AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M23N DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, m23n will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, users, revenue, business, reputation or data, arising from your use of Firebase Console for Google, including changes made to your projects through the app (such as deleted users or documents, published configurations, rollbacks or sent messages), missed or delayed alerts, or reliance on Analytics or AI-generated information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Firebase Console for Google at any time by using Delete account & data in the app and deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
12. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, you and m23n agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
