TeleWatch Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TeleWatch, the Telegram client for iPhone and Apple Watch offered by m23n. By accessing or using TeleWatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TeleWatch.
Telegram: TeleWatch relies on Telegram’s platform. Telegram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your Telegram account and use of Telegram’s services in addition to these Terms. See telegram.org/tos and telegram.org/privacy.
1. The service
TeleWatch is a third-party client that helps you use Telegram on Apple platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Features and availability may depend on Telegram’s APIs, policies, and your account settings.
2. Apple App Store & subscriptions
If you obtain TeleWatch through the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable rules and license terms apply. In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes follow Apple’s policies and procedures.
Subscription status and entitlements may be processed through RevenueCat and Apple as described in our TeleWatch Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use TeleWatch only in compliance with applicable law and with Telegram’s and Apple’s rules. You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, Telegram’s systems, or others’ data.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
TELEWATCH AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M23N DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
