Search Console for Google Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026. This document is for general information and is not a substitute for legal advice. Have your attorney review it for your situation.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Search Console for Google, the iOS app for working with Google Search Console, offered by m23n. By accessing or using Search Console for Google, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Independent app: Search Console for Google is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google and Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC. The app is a client for Google’s Search Console and PageSpeed Insights APIs and is not a substitute for the Google Search Console website or Google’s own notices.
1. The service
Search Console for Google lets you sign in with your Google account, view your Search Console sites and properties and their search performance data, submit and delete sitemaps, inspect URLs, add and remove properties, run PageSpeed Insights tests, keep watchlists, see on-device insights and use home-screen widgets. All Search Console data is retrieved from and written to Google on your behalf; availability, accuracy and timeliness depend on Google’s services, your Search Console configuration and API limits. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.
2. Your accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for having the authority to view and manage the properties in it. Actions you take in the app, such as submitting or deleting sitemaps or adding or removing properties, change your Search Console account. Keep your device secure; anyone with access to your unlocked device can use the connected account in the app. Handling of your data is described in our Search Console for Google Privacy Policy.
3. Demo mode
The app offers a demo mode with sample data so you can explore its features without connecting a Google account. Demo data is illustrative only and does not reflect any real website.
4. AI insights
The app may generate insights and summaries from your data using on-device language models. Insights are suggestions only: they may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
5. Google terms
Your use of Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and content retrieved through their APIs is also subject to Google’s terms and the Google APIs Terms of Service. You accept that Google may restrict API access or change its services independently of anything we do.
6. Subscriptions
Search Console for Google is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s rules and license terms apply. Some features require Search Console for Google Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly (US$6.99) or yearly (US$49.99), or the local equivalent shown in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices, plans, promotional offers and included features may change over time; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple’s policies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Search Console for Google only in compliance with applicable law and Google’s policies. You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or attempt unauthorised access to the app or Google’s services, or use the app to access properties you are not authorised to access.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on Google (Search Console API, PageSpeed Insights API and Google sign-in), Apple (App Store, on-device AI), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Mixpanel (analytics). Those services are subject to their providers’ own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
SEARCH CONSOLE FOR GOOGLE AND RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL PERFORMANCE, INDEXING, SITEMAP AND PAGESPEED DATA AND ANY AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M23N DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, m23n will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, traffic, rankings, revenue, business, reputation or data, arising from your use of Search Console for Google, including sitemap or property changes made through the app, or reliance on performance, indexing, PageSpeed or AI-generated information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Search Console for Google at any time by using Delete account & data in the app and deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
12. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, you and m23n agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
