Delete your account & data
Business Profile for Google (Business Profile Manager) · Developer: M23N · Last updated: October 21, 2026
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in Business Profile for Google (also shown as Business Profile Manager), the app for managing Google Business Profile locations developed by M23N (m23n) and available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
The app has no separate username or password: your “account” is the Google account(s) you connect, plus the data the app and its service providers keep for you. You can delete it directly in the app or, if you no longer have the app, by e-mail.
1. Delete in the app
Android
- Open Business Profile for Google.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete account & data.
- Confirm. The app returns to the welcome screen when deletion is complete.
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
- Open Business Profile for Google.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete account & data.
- Confirm. The app returns to the welcome screen when deletion is complete.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it, e-mail support@m23n.com with the subject “Business Profile for Google: delete my account and data”. Send it from the e-mail address of the Google account you connected, or include that address in the message, and add the anonymous identifier from the app’s settings if you have it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. You can also revoke the app’s access to your Google account yourself at any time on your Google Account’s third-party access page.
E-mail is also how to have data deleted that is stored outside your device (your Firebase user record and uploaded post photos, and your analytics history) if you used the in-app option, since the in-app option works on the device and does not identify you to us.
3. What is deleted
- Google access: the app’s access to every connected Google account is revoked with Google (on iOS the OAuth tokens are also removed from the Keychain; on Android the app does not store tokens). The list of connected accounts is removed.
- Firebase: the app signs out of Firebase Authentication. On request (section 2) we delete your Firebase user record and all post photos you uploaded to our Cloud Storage bucket.
- Analytics & subscription identity: your Mixpanel analytics identity and your RevenueCat identity on the device are reset, so future use is not linked to your past activity. On request we also ask Mixpanel to delete the analytics events stored for your anonymous identifier.
- iOS review alerts: your device’s push registration (device token and location list) is deleted from our notification relay.
- Local data: everything the app stores on your device is wiped, including cached Business Profile data, scheduled posts that have not been published yet, pending notifications, settings and onboarding answers.
4. What is retained, and for how long
- Content already published on Google: replies, posts, photos and business information changes you published stay on your Google Business Profile, because they belong to your profile at Google, not to the app. Remove them in Google Business Profile (Google Search or Maps) if you want them gone. Images in posts you published may stop showing once we delete the post photos from our bucket.
- Analytics: pseudonymous usage events in Mixpanel (never containing your Business Profile content) are kept according to our retention settings, no longer than five years, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Subscription records: purchase and billing records are held by Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat for as long as they need them for billing, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations, under their own policies. Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription.
- Support e-mails: correspondence, including your deletion request, may be kept for up to two years to show that the request was handled, then deleted.
- Backups: data deleted on request may persist in our service providers’ backups for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) before it is overwritten.
