WatchMail Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WatchMail, the email experience for Apple Watch and Wear OS offered by m23n. WatchMail is under active development; not all features may be available yet. By accessing or using WatchMail when it is offered to you, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WatchMail.
Email providers: WatchMail interacts with mail services operated by third parties. Your mailbox provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to your account and data on their systems in addition to these Terms.
1. The service
WatchMail is a companion-style email client intended for small screens and quick interactions. We are not affiliated with your email provider. Features, limits, and availability may depend on provider APIs, your account type, and platform policies.
2. App stores & payments
If you obtain WatchMail through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s applicable rules and license terms apply. In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are billed by the store operator. Cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes follow the store’s policies.

3. Acceptable use
You agree to use WatchMail only in compliance with applicable law, your provider’s rules, and your employer’s policies (if applicable). You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, your provider’s systems, or others’ mailboxes.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
WATCHMAIL AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M23N DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, m23n will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of WatchMail.
